New Zayed 

New El-Sheikh Zayed is located on an area of 21 thousand acres, and it is a geographical extension of Sheikh Zayed City, and it is located to the west of the current city. The first phase of it was implemented on an area of more than 8 thousand acres, at a cost of 10 billion pounds for the residential area.
